After Jo got up from her nap this afternoon she went in the kitchen to make molasses cookies. But she remembered that I was supposed to make a cheesecake for my sister so we did that instead. Jo & Glenn love gingersnaps so I'm lucky there were enough left for the crust. :-)

Here's the finished product. It's got to cool for 4 hours so I'll probably take more photos tomorrow when the light's better. It looks & smells delicious!!!

Wow! Mark and I LOVE cheesecake! One of our neighbors made some for us the other day and it was so good. I've never had pumpkin though :)
