We actually got back Wednesday but it's taken me a few days to unpack. It's hard to get back into a normal schedule -- I went back to work but the girls don't start school 'til Monday. Maybe then ? The big news is IT'S RAINING!!! I haven't seen so much wind & rain since we moved here. We had 50 mph gusts here but Angel Island had an 87 mph gust! They closed the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge because a truck blew over. We had a few big trees blow down a few streets over. We were keeping an eye on our big pine trees out in front. They were swaying and a few branches broke off.
Here are a few of my favorite photos from our trip to TX:
We went fishing in Great's pond. I didn't catch anything. SE caught some weeds. Everyone else caught trees. No fish so we went to Taco Cabana.
Awwwww... aren't they cute? Just don't wake them up!
Chocolate-peppermint candy. Yummmmmm.....
And from the World's Best New Year's Eve Party Ever... Glenn played Guitar Hero for the first (and probably only) time but J is addicted. Below, L & T play Mancala.
D's taking my picture, too.

We're still hearing weather stories from the Bay Area on our news reports.
Love the pictures! Guess what I just did... I superglued Dinoco helicopters' blades together!
Glad you got to spend some time back in TX. Coming home during the holidays is a wonderful feeling. We all left TX the day after Christmas and headed for the mountains. Jody and family, Kara and family, Mom and Dad and Jacksons. It was WONDERFUL!!
So, at this New Year's Eve party - did you dress up, put on make up, make BIG HAIR and put on a fashion show like we used to at Alisa's house? I was telling someone the other day that's what we did and he called me a LOSER! Can you imagine? He had no idea how much fun we had!
