My sister asked me if I could use my new program to make banners & buttons so I thought I'd try it. I found this "scrapbooker friendly" tutorial online. I call it that because a lot of what I'm finding online about PS is for "real" photographers and uses terms I don't know -- yet anyway. :-) I love polka dots & thought this looked very springy. So, what do you think, sis?

That is so cute! I just got PS and I am more confused than ever.....
I LOVE IT!!! Where do you find backgrounds? Are they free and can I use them with my software? or are they PSE only?
