Glenn & I have been enjoying Guy's Big Bite on the Food Network. Last night he was visiting a diner that had lots of different kinds of pancakes. They made one that was about twice as long as a regular pancake and filled it with all other kind of breakfast foods. Glenn wanted to make it. You know he has a thing about making BIG food -- remember the Monster Burger?
So, he made a long pancake and filled it with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon.
Yum!

Glenn is funny (good funny), but that looks good!!! Did you serve it with syrup?
