I have a new friend keeping me company on my desk. This cute little bird was in the suitcase full of sewing goodies that I bought last June. I made her a nest to sit in next to the suitcase, a pine cone from the tree in front of our house, a vase full of pumpkins and leaves, and a rock we brought back from the Mediterranean.
I may not be posting much in the next few days. Grandma and Grandpa will be here tomorrow!

I guess it's a song bird, since he's sitting on a nest of sheet music? I'd like to see a shot of the whole grouping and how it's placed on your desk!
